Refund & digital goods policy

1. Nature of the product

Premium outputs (including extended audits and PDF portfolios) are digital goods delivered electronically. Once generation has completed and a download is made available, the economic performance of the contract is typically fulfilled under applicable consumer rules.

2. Cooling-off and statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you may have a statutory right to cancel digital content contracts within fourteen (14) days, unless you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged loss of the cancellation right once delivery begins. Lemon Squeezy's checkout flow governs how that acknowledgment is captured. This Policy does not replace mandatory consumer law.

3. When we may grant refunds

Outside mandatory rights, refunds or replacements are considered only where:

  • A technical failure on our side prevented delivery after successful payment;
  • The paid deliverable is materially defective and cannot be remedied by a reasonable re-run;
  • Duplicate charge or processor error documented with receipt;
  • We explicitly offer a promotion with its own refund language.

We do not refund solely because you dislike stylistic judgments in an AI-generated narrative, subject to statute.

4. How to request help

First, use Lemon Squeezy's order tooling and receipt instructions. If unresolved, contact us with your order identifier and a concise description of the issue.

5. Chargebacks

Please raise a support ticket before initiating a chargeback. Abusive chargebacks may lead to exclusion from future purchases.
